Flirting Tip No. 1 Make it clear you’re interested
Men can so easily misinterpret the signals women give out so be sure when you flirt that your signals are clear and will give him the confidence to know you’re interested in him.
Remember, you’re not wanting to try too hard and you’re only job is to help give him the green light to come over to you. You want to let him know that he’ll not be rejected if he does.
Flirting Tip No. 2 Smile, smile and smile some more!
People love being around happy, positive people. Our moods and feelings are contagious so it’s vital you get yourself into the right frame of mind for flirting. When we smile at someone they’ll usually smile back and it sends a clear signal that we like them. I honestly believe hat most of us don’t smile enough so if it’s not something that comes naturally just go out and practice! Practice smiling at anyone you meet in the street, park, coffee shop, supermarket… anywhere and everywhere and see what happens!
Have fun and make it clear that you feel good about yourself and then others will feel good being around you.
Flirting Tip No. 3 Be fun and different
If you want to get noticed and have a guy approach you try wearing something unusual or carrying something that will be easy for someone to comment on. Remember, men are afraid of rejection too so the next time you go out be bold and make it easy for a man to come up and talk to you.
Flirting Tip No. 4 Don’t hang around your girlfriends
Guys find it tough to approach a woman on her own and virtually impossible if she’s with a group of friends so the next time you’re out and you see a guy who’s interested in you try and separate from your friends for a while by going to the bar for a drink or splitting off with one friend so that he feels more comfortable approaching you.
Flirting Tip No. 5 Let him talk
Just as we love to talk about ourselves, so do men. Avoid getting nervous and talking too much. Ask him about himself, what he enjoys doing and really try to find out all about him. Remember, people feel good when someone shows an interest in them and it also gives you the chance to know if he’s someone you’d want to give your telephone number to.
Flirting Tip No. 7 Make the first move
This is probably one of the biggest mistakes you may be making that’s keeping you single…waiting for the man to make the first move. Studies have found that most men would love to be approached by a woman. So why leave your love life to chance? At the end of the day what have you got to lose by smiling and making a fun, flirty and casual approach to a man you’re interested in?
Flirting is all about getting to know someone. Avoid putting any attachment on whether this will be a good partner for you or not, simply go out, have a good time, get to know some new people and you may be surprised at what happens!
